Hello, I have 2.0 tfsi 2016 q5 CPMA engine, 2gen tfsi.
After small rebuild there's an issue with oil pressure - after initial startup it was fine, i drained the oil after an hour of idling, filled it up again, new filter. After that - i start the car, rpm comes to idle and pressure jumps from 2bar to 4bar every few seconds and makes squeaky/high quiet noise for a split second.
Looks like it's trying to turn on the high pressure but cant and goes back to low.
Also, there's a p164d00 fault, but i'm not sure if that's related to missing low oil pressure sensor (mechanical gauge is installed), or switch itself.
Activation of oil pressure switch valve is 0, when pressure jumps it turn to 1, and status changes from 0 to 2.
Except of that absolutely no issues, no noises, fault, drained oil was clean.
I've swapped high pressure sensor F22 from my S3, nothing chaned, oil pressure switch was removed and cleaned, if i put 12v on it manually it clicks, last hole in switch is open and closes. Ordered another one just to be sure.
Rebuild - new piston rings, rod bearings, camshaft bridge, all new seals..
Any ideas before disasembling it again?
