I know that, but I think one guy did it.., can’t remember the outcome. In all seriousness though, I think the whole “chain rattle at startup” thing is overhyped. When it’s all said and done, it’s just a byproduct of how the tensioner design works. I think people seem to associate it too much with a timing belt tensioner, where that should be tight ALL THE TIME or you’ve got issues, that it’s blow a bit out of proportion and not really a problem. You know…?
