Because 4.2 love and I haven’t posted here in a while, I present to you my new friend’s Allroad:

It’s got a full green interior, too. I wish I would have snapped a few more pictures. Solar sunroof, air suspension, Kermit interior, flares and roof paint matched, and 206,000 miles. She’s rough, but so cool. I don’t know for certain if it’s a respray or not, but I am fairly certain it’s Goodwood Green, I’ve never seen one this color, and if it was a respray it was done a long time ago because the paint is fairly oxidized and beat up uniformly over years. He said the seller called him up a week later and tried to buy it back.

I have a Highland green one and it's definitely darker than that. Goodwood sounds right. Love the green on green. While you can get a decent paint depth gauges on Amazon for not a ton of money, even a basic detail would give that paint some life back.

I definitely understand that sentiment. Totally regretted selling my original halogen (yes, halogen and not xenon) slicktop, cloth seat Allroad and when I went asking about it, the dude had ended up getting rid of it.

A side note of history even though nobody cares:

Halogen specific info here but can be used for any model. I still remember this from way back!

a SHAME it was sold though for you, such a unique model with slick top and cloth. One of my favorite combos was a: Slicktop, Halogen, Cloth, Nonheated seats, and the Single Din non Bose Headunit! Base of the base spec, but had a 6SPD. Really regret not buying that specific one years later.

Neat! I didn't notice anything Audi did but ended swapping xenons in anyway. I think I have one of the halogens somewhere. I did have heated seats in mine--actually the driver seat element would burn me above 3 because it was too close to the surface.
