Hi all I wanted to pick your brains a bit. so I have a B8 a4 2.0 quattro. I've got the IE intercooler and air plenum. I've also got a cts high flow cat along with the cts k04 turbo. I also have an aem air filter that is bigger than the factory one and breathes a lot more. also got a stainless 3in cat back that runs into duals past the resonator. I have the IE ko4 tune and they recommended that I run the vag coils and the ngk iridium 9 spark plugs gapped to .027. at higher rpms at around 5k or sometimes closer to redline I will get a misfire. and I logged it and sent it to them and the best answer they could give me was they are positive its plugs or coils. so to eliminate the bigger expense I moved my coil from cylinder 3 (where the misfire was) to cylinder 2 to see if it would chase that coil and it still misfired ever so slightly but no code when I moved the coil. I replaced the plugs about 2 weeks ago and changed the oil/filter and all seemed ok at lower rpms. however, I finally decided to open her up today and I had the same issue with a small misfire but not enough to set a code off beings I got off the sauce when I felt it. I'm going to email them again about it to see what they say but wanted another opinion on it. should I try the ruthenium plugs in it or try the redcap r8 coils? been battling this issue ever since I went with the k04 and cant seem to get anywhere with it. Also the motor is still kinda fresh since the rebuild. (took her to Audi since she is my first german/turbo'd car) has roughly 35-40k on the motor if that
