yellow suspension warning after spare tire

    Hello,
I had a flat so for a brief period I was driving the car on three 20" wheels and one 19" spare. The "car sensed" that the suspension height was too low so whenever I drove I'd get a yellow suspension fault light. It was clear once I'd turn off the car and start driving again.
Of course I have my tire replaced now and back to normal 4x20" wheels but the yellow warning light still comes on. It's been several days and a number of putts around town. Is it not going to clear on it's own?
    Thanks for any guidance.

Post a scan so we can see the actual error codes.

Do you think resetting the TPMS system in the MMI might help? Maybe the two systems are linked in some way? Easy enough to try.
