Help Needed: B8 Double Retrofit Concert>MMI3G>MMI3G+

Many years ago I did a full retrofit from Concert to MMI 3G using Kufatek harness.

DIY Thread Here: DIY: Color DIS Retrofit and Concert to MMI3G Retrofit
    https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=721522

Fast forward I got a good deal on an MMI3G+ 5F and installed and coded, copied over CP and it works great mostly.

Note: This was a unit from Canada (no SIM) and I am in US, could this be a problem?

I have a few issues and looking for some expert guidance on what the fix could be.

    Main Issues:
My homelink still works to open the garage but no matter what I do I cannot get the menu for it to light up in MMI.

Second Issue: None of the buttons work for ESP or Audi Drive Select.

    Is this a BCM1 or BCM2 issue?

    BCM2 in trunk: 8K0 907 064DF 0321 H02

Do you see the "Menu Garage Door Opener active" enabled in long coding ? Byte 9 bit 1: https://www.audizine.com/forum/showt...nd-Adaptations

BTW, a guy in RO claims to have developed a big system patch to convert an MMI3G (HNav) main unit into MMI3GP (HN+): https://www.a5oc.com/threads/upgradi...imedia.180005/ --g

Recall that PNG images can be captured directly to an SD card in slot SD1 by pressing+holding [TEL]+[MEDIA] until the console LEDs start flashing.

BTW, when you updated the main unit from HNav to HN+, did you also replace the control console -E380- ? --g
