Isn't the main reason for proactively replacing injectors the fear that one of them will become stuck open, fill a cylinder with fuel when the car is off, and result in a bent rod the next time the car is started?

I ask because, would installing "cleaned" injectors be at all helpful for preventing the leaky injector issue? IE, I'm assuming that the cleaned injectors are just factory injectors that have been serviced to ensure that they are performing per factory specifications, but if those are just used injectors that have been cleaned and tested, how is that any better than already-installed injectors that periodically get some Seafoam and are otherwise working properly?

Mainly asking because I'll be having a carbon clean done and am wondering if injectors really are worth doing proactively, and at the same time as the carbon cleaning.
