AVK 3.0 cam sensor faults and misfires after timing belt change

Gents,
I'm having too much fun with these error codes after a timing belt change.
This is my second time through the procedure, and I found it a lot easier the second time.
Used the cam lock tools correctly.
This time I checked the exhaust cam positions with the cam adjuster tool and found that both exhaust cams didn't really move at all.

replaced spark plugs, coils, all 4 cam position sensors along wi timing belt, water pump.

Gents,

Also getting what seems to be cam noise or rattle above 5K rpm. Didn't make that noise before the timing belt swap...
