Help with new pads and rotors!

The time for new pads and probably rotors (a lot of chattering) for my 2017 A6 2.0. The choices seem to be endless as is the range of $$. I use the car for a daily driver with a little spirited driving once in awhile if I can find the right roads. Can someone give me some help on what I need? OEM replacements? Performance? Brand of rotors and pads? I have been shopping Rock Auto rather than the Audi "boutique" stores which seem to sell performance stuff which costs a fortune. Rock Auto lists Centric, Bosch, Dynamic Friction, and Power Stop to name a few in their Daily Driver selection. Their Premium section lists Bosch QuietCast and Power Stop Z23 Evolution Sport as pads for the A6. As for rotors their daily driver selection has fully coated Power Stop, Bosch, Centric, etc. Their rotor and pad kits seem like a good deal. Choices are the same bunch, i.e. Power Stop, Centric, Dynamic Friction, R1 Concepts, etc. I don't believe I need to invest in cross drilled or drilled and slotted rotors unless you guys persuade me that they are worth it for performance and longevity.... Thanks in advance for the advice.

Use ceramic pads for less dust ... EBC red or comparable ... unless you want to lose some weight, Zimmerman rotors are just fine as OEM ...

FCP Euro is a good place to buy from. They should have a combo with Zimmerman rotors and ceramic pads, not sure what brand they sell in the combo kit. BUT Zimmerman is the OEM supplier so if you like your stock rotors you will love the Zimmerman as they are $75 - $100 cheaper each. You will need a brake wear sensor as well. OEM is close to $50 while you can get 1 from advance Auto for under $10 and will work just as good. The FCP kit should have a sensor with it.

A lot of people on the forum use the EBC pads and they should be good, I have never used them so I cannot comment on their quality or price.

I replaced mine with Zimmerman and EBC Redstuff a few months ago and am very happy with stopping power. I think the Redstuff pads are a little dustier than the Powerstop Z26 from the reviews I've read, but nowhere near how dirty the stock pads make the wheels.
