New d2 s8 owner , few questions

Hello .
Picked up a d2 s8 with a motor that ate a timing belt. Plan is to replace motor and swap 01e.
I have 02 a8l parts car.
If i swap intake manifold and cams on to a8 engine will this be an s8 engine?
What else is different ? Rods? Heads? I went over all the treads without conclusive answer.
What final drive does tiptronic s8 have ? 3.7 or 3.73 or 4.11 . Im finding conflicting answers.
What are the differences between 01 02 03 years?

I'm pretty new to D2 S8 myself, only about a year and a half.

IIRC, the "facelift" (01-03) A8 and S8 performance differences are in the gearing and suspension, not the engine. I think the engines are the same.

US S8 01-03 only differences I am aware are color combos and 3 vs 4 spoke steering wheels.

Actually, I was wrong about the engine, there are slight differences.
