Clearing out extra B5 S4 & RS4 parts

Compiling a few items I've got spare from my builds together into one "for sale" ad here. I'll keep this updated with what's currently available and will add and remove items as I get more ready or sell some. Located just outside Denver, CO and willing to ship anything listed unless noted otherwise. Everything is available for pickup locally. Unless it says "shipped" next to the price, I'll need to get a shipping quote and shipping will be covered by buyer. Feel free to make an offer on any item, worst I can say is no!

-B5 S4/RS4 Brand new unopened 034 Motorsport 85mm aluminum Hitachi MFA housing - $125 shipped


-B5 RS4 Brand new unopened 034 Motorsport aluminum MAF adapter to fit their 85mm MAF housing to RS4 airbox. Would work perfectly with the MAF housing listed above. - $75 shipped


-B5 RS4 oem dual mass flywheel part 078105266S. Came off my AZR engine with 104k miles on it. - $125 plus shipping



-17Z Brembo brake calipers. I don't recommend rebuilding with new seals. These don't appear to need it. Porsche doesn't sell a kit themselves for these brakes so only aftermarket kits are available for new seals and dust boots. Those change where the piston engages and you end up with the mushy pedal feel a lot of the 17z, 18z, 19z brakes have after rebuild. -$165 plus shipping




-B5 RS4/4.2L V8 Bosch MAF. This is brand new from fcpeuro. Outside my return window, never used, only mocked up once to check fitment. It's the Bosch OE part they make for Audi, not the Audi part directly, so a bit cheaper. -$100 shipped



-B5 S4 Avant rear bumpers x2. Both have complete crash bars inside. PM for more pics.
First one was santorin blue. Has been sanded to prep for paint, but I changed my build to widebody before I got a chance to spray this (also why it's separated). Great condition main bumper cover & lower valence. - $200 picked up

Second one is silver and in crap condition. Can be salvaged with some work. Lower valence has the main damage with the center area bent up where something was hit. - FREE picked up


-B5 S4 Avant passenger/right tail light. Good shape, I polished it to get light scratches out. One very small crack can be seen in 2nd pic. - $65



-B5 S4/RS4 N75 valve. Genuine Audi part opened and plugged in once for test. Otherwise new part - $90 shipped (will add picture)

-B5 S4 OEM Intercoolers and air shrouds - $75 for all of it or I can split the shrouds from intercoolers


-B5 S4 door sills - $110 - Would prefer pickup since these are long, but can chat about shipping if needed


-B5 S4 oem rear brake calipers and carrier brackets. - FREE (pay shipping)

Nope. I think the inlet and outlet sizes on rs4 intercoolers are 1/4" bigger than the s4. They're 2.25" ID. so would either require these oem rs4 hoses or some places sell aftermarket silicone versions (THE-Tuner would be one).

As a side note, if anyone wants just the intercoolers, then vailshred was interested in just hoses. I won't split them unless there's a buyer for each.

Just read your question again and maybe misunderstood it on first read. If you are asking if the rs4 intercoolers can be used on an s4 with these same rs4 hoses I have for sale, then yes (mostly). These hoses will fit up to all but the s4 bipipes. You'd need rs4 bipipes or other of that same size, or you can get a hose that reduces down 1/4" for the intercooler outlet to s4 bipipes.

Used. They're in good shape, not peeling or anything. Got them from audis4parts a couple years back for my own project, but did an rs4 build instead so never used them.

I would be lead to believe those use the rs4 k04 hot side, but their site doesn't say for sure and they don't have pics of the exhaust side. The hybrids always confuse me. You might reach out to srm to verify, but my guess would be those turbos will not fit up to these downpipes. I was planning to have new rs4 k04 flanges welded onto these downpipes, but decided on a whole new set in the end. That's always an option to have an exhaust shop do.

Lower only RS4 inlets added. Sorry no uppers with that set. Been trying to get them sent from Steve in the UK since early May when they were missing from my rs4 engine and I give up. You can use stock/k03 uppers though if needed with these.

Avant part shouldn't matter. Based on this thread it seems like it should fit, though it's not something I've ever tried and could personally guarantee for ya. Sounds like all the mounts and such would be in the same places to fit.

Found a 2nd new N75 valve I no longer need. This one is not in original packaging. Think I had plugged it in once possibly when troubleshooting one of my cars and the issue wasn't the n75. Apparently I kept buying these thinking I didn't have one Best offer on the opened one. I think they're like $175 new these days.

Hey, you're next up in line, but shipping this thing is not looking reasonable at all. Unfortunately the largest piece separated is still 53". So everything needs a box roughly 55x8x33 and 45 lbs. Which from Colorado to Washington state for the other guy interested I can't find a carrier for under $400. I don't have a commercial account or anything either. I may just need to make this thing local pickup only, but let me know if you still have interest.

I'd honestly give it away, but it's definitely not worth $400+ in just shipping in my opinion.

So sorry, I tore apart the house looking for them only to find I sold them back in January with other parts. So I no longer have those and will update the ad. I do still have everything else listed, including the rs4 injectors, which flow 480cc at 60psi/4bar.

Added a couple more items. Spare ECU and Avant tail lamp.

Will probably be adding more as I sort through spare parts here. Got all sorts of spare factory 2.7t engine parts from multiple builds. Not going to individually list the parts out, but I've got multiple tubs full if anyone is after original replacement engine parts (piping, covers, sensors, fuel rails, injectors, hoses, etc).
