So the story goes…
Went to get some custom wheels measured for my car and the tech noted the bolts were coming out really hard.

Once he got the wheel bolts out they looked like this (this being the worst)

Essentially the bolts on the spacers for the front I was running were too long. I have since contact the company that sold me the spacers and are currently in talks of what’s happening going forward.

So being stuck had to put the wheel back on the and only got 4/5 bolts back on. On the wheel we took measurements off of.

I’m worried the other wheels will have the same issue and have been looking for a solution.

I am going to have the threads chased on Thursday to see if this resolves the issue but if it doesn’t looks like I’ll need to install new hubs.

Alternatively I can have the existing hubs removed and have MSI wheel studs pressed in. I don’t know how to have this done. But a lot of M3 people seem to be switching out to wheel studs.

Any tips are appreciated!
