I have a B6 S4 and will this work? I'm very interested in this upgrade and like to see how I can join for group buy if it is still available?

I'll be interested in using the JHM 2 piece 330x22mm rear rotors and it is stock offset. Can anyone confirm that the JHM 2 piece rotor will work with this bracket?

I've been PM'ing Matt, but the JHM kit all you would use is the rotors themselves. The bracket is to offset the S4 carriers (fit thicker rotors than A4) to fit larger rotors.

Matt is getting them cut if anyone wants to jump on his order, otherwise let me know and I can reach out to my shop.

Wondering if anyone has tried on a q5/sq5 yet. I’d assume they all work the same since they are all the same chassis more or less. I have a 2015 b8.5 SQ5 that I would love to upgrade the rears on.

@ultra, I was working with another guy on his S5 (as I also have a Q5) to make some brackets. I sent him some 3d prints to test since I don't have a 2nd set of rear brembos to use or the Tesla ebrake, but he's been quiet for the month having his car worked on.

The bolt pattern is vastly different between B7 and B8 hubs and accommodating the electronic parking brake, but I do have a mock up for the B8 chassis that is close, just not tested.

@matt, good looks. Just need 2 of the small U looking ones for the Wilwoods and threading the holes you'll be set.

I will be getting the brackets from matthewest91 by this coming Thursday and I'm excited. So I can use the JHM 2 piece rotor and it will be centered inside of the 4 pot Brembo calipers with any spacers?

Nothing new, if someone with a B8 had all the other necessary parts to test with, calipers + tesla ebrake, i could print them some pieces to test.

Finally got around to working on the lever for the Wilwoods, just flat bar from the store and angle grinder. E-brake handle is back to OEM distance. Drawings and files added to first post.

Got the main calipers(Brembos) finally installed. Still need a bracket for the S4 rear PB. Car is auto, so no real rush..
Had to grind a little off the knuckles, bolt head was hitting, but no biggie.
Also made a little "T" bleeder hose, worked great!. Bled them good, drove for a weak(pedal still a bit soft). After a week I cycled the abs on all 4 corners, bled F&R again, and pedal feels awesome!! Absolutely love them now!
Powerstop Evo Z23(carbon/ceramic) pads, and R1 concepts rotors.

My signature has a link for B8 parts. I have everything I need, but 3d printer is down for repair at the moment. Should be back to printing and fitment next week.

hy @Matthewest91 , I know it's an older post, but I was just curious if the Universal Brackets are the ones confirmed for mounting with the original S4 caliper, because in the files from the first post, the Wilwood Spacer doesn't line up with the holes, it's much smaller! I want to put the files in for processing, but to use only Cayenne/Touareg Calipers and to stay with the S4 caliper used as a handbrake. Thank you

I have files for using the S4 caliper, which was more or less my first iteration.

The one piece/universal is Brembo/Wilwood only. It does mount to A4 or S4 hubs though.

To use the S4 caliper as a parking brake (like what Jayz is doing) uses a 2 piece version which puts both calipers on their own bracket.

If you intend to use Brembo/Wilwood 1 piece, I have the STEP/3D and DXF files in the first post if you have a local shop with laser or plasma table. Otherwise it was about $300 usd for a single set from the company I work with. Not sure what Matt's cost was.

If you want to use the S4 caliper as a parking brake, I'll need to send you the appropriate files.

I just want to be able to use Cayenne/Touareg Calipers and to stay with the S4 caliper used as a handbrake! it is still recommended to switch to a 330X22 disc? I would be grateful if you could send them, PM or email, as you wish! I can process them myself, I have all the necessary equipment

All of the needed files are on the first post at the bottom as hyper links. If you have a fab shop near you, some others either know people or have good access to a plas/laser table. Otherwise, my shop was about 300$ for a set in A36 steel, non plated.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but will this work with a A4 and Brembo 18z rear calipers from a Q7? I got super lucky on a junk yard find (all 4 18zs, AND off the car lying on the ground, with no one around) and really would rather mount them then sell them and this seems to be the adaptor needed for them.

If they work I am interested in a group buy

Yes, the Touareg/Cayenne/Q7 rears should all be the same, which is what this is setup to use. Full Q7 set is what I'm running. I've also got the part numbers listed in the first post.

Just like my B8 S4 brackets, I'll see about getting a couple sets made next week at work. This should help out pricing/availability for others going forward. Things are just slow at the moment.

Hey, would this also work for the B7 RS4 with the 325mmx22 rear rotors? I want to have send-cut-send make me some brackets. I already have touareg 4 piston rear calipers laying around.

The mounting looks the same as the S4. I can't find dimensions for the offset on the RS4 rotor compared to the 330x22, the 4pot spacers would be easy to change and I want to say the wilwood still has room to slide to accommodate. You can print out the pdf in the first post in 1:1 actual size and compare to make sure.

Just a heads up, Send Cut Send now has 8MM (.313") A36 Mild steel, and for both sides, it comes out to $41.58 for each main plate, with no finish. Powder coating adds about $20 a plate, while a black zinc finish adds about $35. No idea if that can beat local shops, but a week or two delivery time it seems like a really good option
