Was hoping more for guess work, not asking directly...

Setting up for direct port water/meth, this was a test for mounting and securing.

Contacted Nitrous Express about getting the T and 90 * fittings from Snow's N54 kit, 6 T's and 2 90's. They don't have part numbers for those pieces but will see if they will produce the ability to do so.

PITA part, especially when I don't get the drill fully centered, doesn't matter as the cap slips as I cut the threads. If I had other machines/tools this would be easier doing it on the JHM caps but this is just for trying and working with what I got. I have a better method(s) but trying to reduce the initial costs.

sick, are you going to thread the meth injectors into the IM plugs? i think it would be more secure to thread the IM without the caps since those caps have a tendency to fall in and splode the motor when they're reused...

These are JHM new caps and as of now I'm using what they are recommending fur sealant and might change to something else later. Threading into the plug fur this one as it can be easily reversible, once the nozzle is installed it takes a bit of force to remove it. Can't tap the holes as they are too bigand any adapter i found would require the bore to be enlarged possibly creating an issue the hole and plug next to it.

This is a spare manifold and thereis more work i need to do with it before it can be used, this is just proof of concept for me and to share with the community.

Completed the tapping, had to use a cutting bit to clean up some metal that wasn't allowing me to finish.

Fittings came in from Nitrous Express/Snow Performance for the low profile needed. Need to verify the height on the motor. This may pose an issue for those not using JHM manifold spacers but here is an example...about 23 mm.

Will be ordering the rest of the nozzles later and have a full mock up with the T and 90* fittings. Will need to figure out where the feed lines will go, from the front or the back, seems that a cleaner and easier install might be from the front.

Delayed in the update, mock up is done for the most part. As of now I have the 90* fittings at the TB section of the manifold, seems like it will be better but will see later.

I need to make a solid piece for the projected space to verify but it looks as there are 3 locations that pose an issue, rear left and right hoist mounts needs to be removed and a protrusion on the right front cam cradle. These are the issues I see with having manifold spacers installed, this may not be an issue with no spacers but may get close to the head but will look at another local RS next weekend.

Install and removal is projected to be a bit more of a PITA but may be worth it.

I have someone local that is due/over due(???) for a CC, will plan to do a test fit with no spacers and if he has spacers then will check that as well.

I would show the runners but they are dirty and wouldn't be able to clearly see how I wanted the nozzle outlet to be as flush as possible. I keep on forgetting to take/post a pic with the potential issues for clearance.
