ECU Swap, after some help here! 99 S4

    Hey guys,

ECU has shorted from egt wiring fault, throwing a throttle sensor code and epc light.

I have 2 other ecus here, when I tried one of them the epc light when off and the code cleared but of course the immob stopped it there. Is it possible to get one of these ecus coded via VCDS?

    8D0 907 551 E - Shorted ecu
    8D0 907 551 D - new ecu
8D0 907 551 C - Ecu that came with the car that is supposedly coded to the car

    Really appreciate the help.

Not sure of a VCDS solution but you can FLASH ANY ME7 box with your tune and things will work perfectly...
During my build I sourced an ECU from a 2.8 Passat with an auto gear box for some $50----Flashed in my tune and the result was the necessary M-Box I needed

You’ll have to use nefmoto flasher.
