Still getting water on driver and front passenger feet in my 4L

I checked the drain plugs behind the front fender liners and not only are they clear, but the duckbill valves are completely absent. The previous owner must have removed them.

Where else should I be looking for clogs?

Did you drop the headliner to check the sunroof tray? The sunroof tray has spots on all four corners that attach to the tubes which run to under your fender well. If that tube is disconnected or cracked in an way you'll know. You could just start with removing the a pillar trim. I'd assume you'd see some moisture behind it if there's a problem with the tray connection.

I'd like to avoid dropping the headliner if I can. Popping off the A-pillars should be pretty straightforward though.

I also picked up a speedometer cable to try and snake any clogged sunroof drains.

Is your AC condenser drain clear? The left side of the passenger footwell is where the line is to be disconnected. Have a drain pan available when you pull the line off. There are videos online of what you are looking for.

I drained the condenser tray this morning. There was a lot less water in it than I was expecting - maybe 24oz. I tried sticking a speedometer cable down the drain tube but it would only go a few inches before hitting a hard stop. It almost felt like there was a lip that it was getting caught on, but it was hitting that stop no matter what angle I tried. Seems unlikely that all of those attempts would have gotten stuck on just a lip, so there must be something else in the way.

The driver's footwell was pretty well soaked yesterday. I also noticed this trail of deposits. Is it likely just overflow from the condenser tray? The passenger footwell has no such deposits.
