    Reckless drivers or Insurance Fraud

Twice in the past month I've had drivers swerve into me. A month ago a car was passing on my right (I wasn't driving my Audi) and swerved into my lane, before they were clear of my bumper. I had to brake and swerve left. They had friends in other cars and they were all weaving through traffic and up the shoulder at super high speed.
Last night the same thing happened on the freeway but the car was not that far in front of me, the back of their car was like at my passenger door, they swerved into me fast going about 65. It wasn't like a lane change, they moved into me fast. I literally wiped rubber from their bumper off the corner of my car later.
Are people just reckless AND terrible drivers, or are these people trying to get in an accident where their car is in front of my car, thereby assigning fault to me?
Both times in the last month I was just driving in my lane at or under the speed limit.

edit: I ordered a dash cam today.

Good idea on dash cam, that’s why I installed one. It’s the same down here in SD County. I see idiot drivers all the time. So few officers out and about these days the chances of getting caught is slim and people know it.

There have always been people who weave through traffic and whatnot, but if they are sober and know how to drive it mostly turns out okay. People need to know their limits, shitty drivers and drunk drivers shouldn't be driving like that on public roads. This can be the shitty driver rant thread.
