    Hey everyone,

I currently own a 2004 Audi S4 with Nogaro blue exterior and matching black and Nogaro blue interior with a 6 speed manual transmission (1 of 143 sold) and a full Milltek exhaust that I am considering selling but just wonder what you all think it is worth.
The car is in great condition inside and out with a few minor blemishes obviously. It has right around 172,000 miles on it but I just recently (last 1,000 miles) the timing service performed along with a rebuild on the river side head, new mechanical adjusters and all this work was just done in March on 2023 and put me back about $6,500 and the work came with a 2 year warranty.

What do you all think is a reasonable price to ask for this car. Thanks in advance and if there are any questions please let me know.

I own the same car, it has 94K miles. Bought it for 12K in 2021, already had chains done, but had some minor issues like leaking valve covers and cosmetic imperfections. I'm into the car about 30K total, with upgrades like an exhaust, new performance clutch, and some maintenance. Even though I won't get the money back soon, she's a stunner at car meets. Just got a fresh detail, and the plastic valve covers match the Nogaro paint perfectly. Someone even said it's the cleanest B6 they've seen in Houston. Trust me, keep this car. You'll regret selling it.

You own an absolutely beautiful car that should give you relatively few troubles with all the money you just put into it. Honestly, I would hold on to it. I think the previous reply is right, you'll regret selling it. That being said, I'd look at bring a trailer. https://bringatrailer.com/audi/s4/ gives you some pretty good insight on the market for these in a variety of conditions and specs

I had the same car. Loved it! I had no idea it was so limited. I could not keep it, right out of warranty the chains went out and Audi refused to cover it. Once I finally got back on the road two more major issues and $10K later ($15K in total!) I had to let her go.
Loved that car!!!!!!!!! Don't sell it!!

Thanks you all for the responses. I was not expecting everyone to tell me to keep the car lol but this was all very helpful. I have some thinking to do

You got it. People like my S4 more than they like my RS4, and one thing that's an eye catcher is that color! Start an IG account for your car, throw some hashtags on there, find some local car meets, and you'll give yourself more reasons to keep this gem. Consider giving me a follow too @noggy_s4
