    2011 Audi Q5 3.2l fsi engine swap for a 3.0l supercharged engine out of a 2012 AudiA6

Hi first time posting I did not find anything showing anyone has tried this before I apologize if it has been asked before.
so the story is I purchased a 2011 Audi Q5 from a tow truck company last summer for really cheap so thought it was worth the risk knowing it would need work.
after many issues and repairs the cylinders are shot and will be needing an engine replacement I have a 3.0l supercharged engine from a 2012 Audi A6 in my shop that was recently swapped out for coolant in the oil and may be repairable and I am curious if it would be worth attempting to convert the 3.2l FSI motor to the supercharged 3.0l engine. So my question is what would it take to make that work? would I need to replace the computer or any modules? would I need a different transmission? or is this something that would be almost impossible to pull off?

The type 0B6 transmission (ZF 6HP28AF) was never used with the supercharged 3.0. And the B8.0 Q5 was never done with a supercharged 3.0.

The MY12 A6 3.0T would be a CGXC, which is electric power steering.

B8.0 supercharged 3.0 in the US are only the MY10-MY12 S4 sedan and the MY10-MY12 S5 cabriolet. The CCBA engine. So you'll want to look at S4 and S5 threads regarding using a CGX/CTU to replace a CCB in a B8.0 to get a basic idea of what's going to need to change.

    Did you get the transmission?

All in all, the physical and electrical is all easy enough. It's going to be Audi's bullshit permission crap in the control modules that are going to fuck you most likely. When you try to do the immobilizer adaptation. Unless you do immo delete on the ECM and TCM?
