A6 windshield replacement

So...I had a rock hit my windshield on the highway and now I'm looking to replace it. '19 Prestige w/ HUD, rain sensing, driver's assistance etc.

Glass Doctor quoting me $1200 including calibration, but an aftermarket windshield.
Audi dealer quoted me $1400 for the glass, plus $200 for installation, and $950 for the calibration.

This is a more extraordinary differential than usual (replaced one on my B8.5 S5 Prestige and the difference was $200) so it has me concerned that something is off with the Glass Doctor quote and/or the calibration. Also, Audi has zero of these windshields in stock in NA, so it would be a several week wait for a shipment from Germany. Has anyone else gone through this before?

$950 seems high. Calibration alignment should only be about $500. When my windshield on my C7 was replaced, it was about $1000 for the windshield, $500 for alignment, and I forget what for the install. (dealer I bought from paid for it).

Had my ‘18 A6 with HUD, Driver Assist etc.. insurance paid out $2158 back in 2019.
I would have glass doctor give you a breakdown.
Just FYI, I’ve seen people complaining that HUD being blurry with aftermarket glass
