B9 A5 6MT - ECU chip and short shift advice

I've been away from Audizine for the past 4 years since selling my '13 S4 6MT in 2019. Last weekend I bought an '18 A5 6MT S-Line. (23k miles, Manhattan Grey, Nouget interior) I love the car but would like some advice on ECU tuning (I'm considering APR and ECS... others?). Also, some thoughts on adding a short shift kit would be appreciated (leaning towards JHM). Thanks in advance, and it's good to be back. - Rick

For ecu tuning I'd personally do either 034 or IE

I'm on Unitronic stage 2 for my 2018 A5. I love the power gains, I coupled it with the racechip XLR pedal tuner to add more pep and it will easily throw you to the back of your seat. Also have the nougat interior, which I love, but not the manual trans..had no idea that was an optional in 2018, so cool!

they ended production of the manual a5 sportback in 2018. Very hard to find one with low miles like that or even one for sale! very lucky find!

I running 034 right now and never any problems.
