Has anyone tried retro fitting Red seat belts?

One of my favorite mods on my STi was red seat belts. I found a company (I can't remember where now) that sold / shipped seat belts wound in their collectors and you just detached your own seat belts and re-attached theirs.

It worked out really well. I've just started to search for red seat belts for my 2021 SQ5. I've seen a few websites that will re-do your current seat belts but I can't be without seat belts for the time it would take to remove them, ship them, and re-install them.

I have also seen RS5 Seatbelts for sale for like $2k - which is way more than I'm willing to pay.

So does anyone have a better option? Preferably in the sub $500 range for front driver and passenger Red seat belts?

I'm into it - I think some red seat belts would really set off the black and carbon interior.

    regards,

Have you tried Safety Restore? It should keep you within the budget you mentioned.

Not on this car, but I did swap out seatbelts on an old car (with other OEM ones). I tried inquiring if Macan red belts would work, but I think the answer is no. The only place I’ve heard of is planetseatbelt. They may be able to help!

Thank you for the idea. I'll probably just wait till my brother's wedding when I'll be out of town for a few days and I'll have to detach and send my seat belts in. I've had no luck finding replacement seat belts that would let me keep using the car.
