    Titanium lug bolts recommendations

    Ive seen some good options from USP, Acer, ECS...

    Im not running any spacers and on OEM wheel set up, so just looking for OEM replace, in Black ofc.

    Any recomendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    If you are looking to decrease rotating / un-sprung mass there are better ways to go about it.
    That being said, if ECS make Ti lug nuts, I wouldn't hesitate to bolt them up. Most of their products have been good enough quality.

    Titanium is an interesting metal. I recommend you don't get Ti lug bolts. Just asking to introduce problems you don't have today with zero benefit

    I'm fairly certain I went with the ones from USP. I've had them on my car for over a year without any issues. It's just a few hundred dollars and when you consider the scheme of things for building a car, it didn't really make or break any decisions. I just had a general rule of thumb--which was if a part comes off of my car and I have an opportunity to upgrade it or use a lighter component in its place, that's what I would do.

    The OEM ones have taken a beating and are rusting up, as ugly as they are, the plastic caps to hide them is also a look I dont like....really the main reason for replace

    He's likely referencing the likelihood of the dissimilar metals being in contact with each other and causing corrosion and potential binding. I had titanium lug nuts on my C7 Z06 prior and while some folks will tell you to use anti-seize on them prior to install, another race shop suggested that I simply loosen and retighten the lugs every 6-12 months to ensure they don't corrode and bind. It's so far never been a problem for me, and I do this every six months just to be sure.

    thanks for that man, I didnt know that. Ill likey go ACER or USP here shortly and I remove my wheels pretty often so I shouldbe fine. which ones did you go with if you dont mind saying

    I honestly don't remember. But I'm fairly certain I purchased these:
