Do not have paperwork on chains. Originally purchased the vehicle with chain paperwork but I’m unable to locate and cannot get ahold of the PO. Price reflects this. For what it’s worth, there is no chain rattle on startup. Willing to send videos or feel free to come by and cold start it.
I’ve owned this S4 since Jan 2019 at 113k miles and the only reason for selling is I’ve purchased an S8 and do not have room to park this. It will be parked in its same garage spot until someone buys it.
Confirmed by AOA to be 1/143 sold in 2004 with this color combo attached to a manual trans.
AZ and CA owned only! Previous owner originally purchased an extended warranty and used it. Audi dealership service records are available and show dates of service from 12 to 111,551 miles (dealership purged records pre 69k miles). Other services/mods were completed by me and trusted independent shops.
Known issues
- Headliner is sagging in the rear.
- Rock chips. This car has been used and the front end shows it.
- Some clear coat issues on the rear bumper and roof antennae (pictured)
- Car sustained a dent on the rear driver’s door while it was under a car cover in an apartment parking lot. Went through insurance for the fix so Carfax shows
damage. Have pictures of said damage.

- Jackal Stage 1 tune w/ Tuning Cable – no lift shift, 2 step/burble controllable via cruise control stalk - March 2023 at 139k (currently set back to stock and passed CA smog test 6/9/23)
- Hotchkis Sway bars front/rear – currently only have the rear installed. New bushings were purchased Feb 2023 at 139k
- 034 Sway Bar End links – Sept 2022 at 134k
- B8 S4 Wheels w/ ECS 15mm spacers
- 034 Street Density Trans & 2 Motor mounts w/ resistors – Sept 2022 at 134k
- USP Motorsports Stainless Clutch line - May 2022 138k
- Exhaust - Stock exhaust w/ rear mufflers removed, 4-inch tips
Interior
- B7 Center Console with Cupholders(!)

Other: Glovebox/center armrest replaced in my ownership. Seatbacks resecured professionally.
Maintenance
- Oil Changes every 5k with Liqui Moly 5w-40 LHT kit (last oil change was at 140k)
Normal oil use – I usually top off ¾ to 1 quart in between 5k oil changes. Next change is at 145k.
- Pirelli P ZERO – brand new, purchased from America’s Tire – March 2023 @ 142k
- New battery – Aug 2022 @ 139k
- AC recharged & HVAC actuators replaced – March 2022 @135k
- Valve Cover gaskets – Oct 2020 @ 128k
- Bosch plugs – July 2019 @ 115k
- Meyle Lower Control Arms – Feb 2019 @ 113k
- All pads replaced and rear rotors replaced @ 111k
I have 21 pages of Audi Dealer service records on hand from the PO from 111k to 69k. Audi Scottsdale purged its system of all records from 69k to the original service at 12 miles so, unfortunately, I do not have those.
