    Anyone having issues with myaudi lately?

    I noticed that last 2 days I cannot access my RS7 data or anything and the error messages keep saying cannot load vehicle data or error during authentication. I have not had any issues in over 2 years with this car and upgrading to new phones like recently with the S23 Ultra few days ago. Just curious if anyone else is having issues with myaudi? My service manager says audi is having some back end issues lately...

    I had it 2 weeks after getting the car. The provider Audi use did a reset in NJ area and the car dropped all signal and couldn’t regain. 30 mins at dealer and all sorted

    Good to know! I guess I'll have to take the RS7 in to dealer to see what's going on.

    SOS light flashing red?
    RS7 never had issue. RS6 from day I got it, red SOS flashing, Dealer pulled the module, pulled battery, let it sit outside trying to activate for an hour. Wouldn't work. Ordered new modules.. all back ordered with no ETA. about 7+ days later, magically SOS light went green and everything magically started to work.

    We are having issues also. The system says the user has not used the system in a long time and needs to reload, even if we drove the car the day before. It then takes forever to load. Very annoying if you need to use the navigation system. The way we found to work around is to shit down the car, restart it and log in the MMI as a “guest”. The Audi connected service is not very reliable. Our experience with Porsche and BMW were/are much better.

    After few days, it miraculously worked again this morning. I knew it was some Audi backend issue and not the car. Audi really needs to step up on their app. I just got the new 2024 BMW X5 50e and the app is amazing with live cameras front, side, and back as well as accurate charging info, etc.

    Audi's cloud infra and end user experience leaves much to be desired. It really needs to be addressed.
