Looking for a recommendation for a plug-in scan tool to use with an Android tablet that won't break the bank that is able to clear the service interval reset I'm not looking to really mod anything or do coding just to do basic shit what are you guys recommend

If it has to run on a mobile device, then OBDeleven or Carista is your best bet.

OBDeleven, you don't need Pro to read information, but you basically cannot make any changes to the vehicle (such as performing the rear brake job or resetting the service interval or updating the battery adaptation) without it. $50/yr.

Carista, again, don't need any ongoing payment for basic read/clear codes, but again, you need a subscription to do anything more than that. $10/mo or something like that.
