Their servers have been decommissioned. Other companies months ago were giving deals out to EPL customers. You have to buy a new tune to get support.

I have an EPL tune on my B8.5 but I might have to replace the transmission. My mechanic says the tune gets applied to the mechatronic unit therefore the replacement transmission won't be tuned. I am not aware of the details with EPL and their remaining support for existing customers. Does anyone know if I'll be able to re-tune the transmission if I replace it? I ask because I assume the tune software has to contact some EPL servers to authenticate and those might be out of commission now. Thanks!

That looks like some hope. It’s interesting because I think people have stated the initial communication was that servers would be shutdown. Good luck!
