So im looking at installing WMI on my car, TS1 turbos e40, it is custom tuned, but I am not looking at getting it tuned, this is more for IATs than anything. But what is a safe amount to inject before having to retune? Snow Performance has there nozzles in GPH, and also what is the best location, on the plastic plenum almost right after the throttles? Or toward the ends on the far left and right side?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advanced.

You could start small less than 1000cc and see how the logs look. Your car will notice the presence of the additional fuel and adjust fuel trims accordingly. Its up to you to log it and make sure they are not going too far out of whack though. In all honesty I say full send and spray more meth and just tweak your custom tune a bit. But im sure you have your reasons. If thats the case then like I said start small and just look at the logs. If you need any help reviewing logs feel free to PM me

you are getting into the custom tune territory. You will need to contact a tuner that you want to lock in and start the remote tuning and options for what level of WMI they are comfortable with, as well as what you are willing to start the process with.

will you only be a Eth blend tune, will you spray 24/7 when driving....are you good with map switching to support not burning through all your WMI stock on a weekend drive?

these are the things you have to start considering, or if you'll have a 3gl tank in the trunk and about 5-6 bottles in reserve whenever you go out for a drive

I have 500cc injectors, both banks, post IC. No changes in tune. I tapped the washer fluid and run washer fluid with 1 bottle of heet everytime I fill up a gallon of washer fluid.

Turns on at 12psi and full spray by 20psi. About every 2 tanks of fuel I'll get the low level warning and fill up 1 gallon and 1 bottle of heet. (Roughly 35% methanol 65% water).

In winter I disconnect power as it's just not needed.

S8+ otherwise tune only 10.6 car @130 with e25. Haven't ran just 93 and wmi.

You'll want more than a total of 500cc. I'm on stock s8+ turbos (rs7) and about 27psi. End a of quarter the temps rise but are well controlled.

Now remember I'm only running washer fluid and a bottle of heet so roughly 30-35٪ methanol.

Over a 1/4 mile run 1245 line items in ds1 with pedal 100% my lambda actuals were .82 with target .82 and lambda fast were .91.

Stock s8+ cooling. I usually do a test hit just before a run so the wmi sprays and that brings the starting iat down a bunch.

How does that system differ from the s6 system? I could just go full pressure sooner just not trying to remove the front of the car multiple times to get nozzle sizes right

Larger, more efficient routing all I know. Q changed up his routing in his s6 to match the rs7/s8 way.
