This is the one I’d go with. It converts the hydraulic tensioner to a manual tensioner and has a metal impeller for a water pump and comes with cam seals. If you want to go cheaper, there are other options. Cam chains are not usually done with the timing service unless there is chain rattle at start up. If you are getting chain rattle, go OEM cam chain tensioner, or even used OEM or change the worn out pads.

Appreciate the link! I assumed it wasnt necessary if there was no rattle, but I am changing my clutch so figured I might as well do the chain while I can

Ya totally not necessary. They are unrelated to each other and can be done separately when needed. Save your money.

The only reason you would combine chain and belt jobs is if you really wanted to change the chain itself. (Swapping the chain out requires removing both cams). The chain does not commonly break or stretch much. It is not loaded very heavily, only driving a single cam. Usually you are just swapping the chain tensioner (or just its plastic feet) and the tensioner gasket/half-moon that like to dump oil out the back. Those items can be done only moving the intake cam - so moving t-belt stuff is not even involved.
