PSA: B5 quattro Rear Shock Mount Brackets NOW AVAILABLE

A quick public service announcement for those of us that are unaware:

B5 A4 quattro / B5 S4 Rear upper shock/spring mount brackets are now available as brand new, aftermarket parts. Currently on eBay for about $125/pair (USD) with bolts, shipped.

I just bought a set and they actually came.

They appear, to me, to be OEM quality (although I don't have an OEM one handy to compare). They do not bear any Audi Rings or Part number stamps. The bolts they included also appear to be very good quality, some being grade 10.9 and all with very oem looking "Armor Zinc" coating. They come with the rubber spring isolator as well. I almost wonder if the factory making these for VAG under an exclusive contract has had the part discontinued by Audi, which now allows them to sell these through their own channels.

What I received looks just like the ebay photos, but if anyone wants to see anything specific, just let me know. I'll probably be fitting these to my Avant within a few weeks.

    EDIT:
