my 4.2 v8 is misfiring badly and has absolutely no power, it barely moves around the drive way and when it does it stalls most of the times so unless I rev in in neutral and put in reverse or drive just to move it up and down my drive way.

so I ran a compression test here are the results
Bank 1
(cylinder 1 = 20psi)
(cylinder 2 = 30psi)
(cylinder 3 = 20psi)
(cylinder 4 = 25psi)
Bank 2
(cylinder 5 =85psi)
(cylinder 6 = 100psi)
(cylinder 7 = 110 psi)
(cylinder 8 = 110psi)

my DTC codes are mostly misfires and o2 codes(I have cat delete) but one that isn't normal is (P0341 camshaft position sensor A circuit range / performance bank 1 or single sensor)

can someone help me with the diagnoses? can it be bad timing? maybe faulty camshaft adjuster?? what would cause low compression on all of the cylinders? if it was something like headgasket it would be one or 2 or maybe even 3 cylinders but 4 is unlikely i think and i have no signs of a bad head gasket my oil is clean and coolant level is normal.

what is your opinion on this issue? if it helps my car is also pops and banks on idle(specially on coldstarts) which it shouldn't do normally
