Any tips on keeping my 2014 Q5 2T with 153k miles running?

I had a cold start issue triggering codes intermittently which led to a long chase trying to get it fixed. After replacing PCV, O2 sensors, MAF, Spark plugs, Fuel Pressure Sensor, HPFP its finally code free.

I'm hoping to drive the car another 30k miles over the next 2 years after which I don't care if it gets junked (I've driven it 6 years so I've got my moneys worth out of it already). Any recommendations on things to watch for to reduce chances of major issues?

From what I gathered from the forums I see the following potential trouble areas in the car. What else?

    1. Timing chain (still original) - Is my understanding correct that a timing chain going out will become noisy so I can anticipate a failure?
    2. Carbon cleaning (never cleaned) - the miles on the car are almost 90% highway so I suspect the build up is not too bad. The engine still runs smooth.
    3. Fuel injectors (never cleaned)
    4. Lower control arm bushings have cracks but no clunks and suspension feels fine.
    5. Motor mounts bad. No significant sounds or vibration.
    6. Valve cover gasket minor leak. When I replaced the spark plugs I noticed a bit of oil in cylinder 1 plug but the rest were clean.
    7. Oil pan minor leak.
    8. Oil burn is not too bad. I top up 1 quart every 2-3k miles.

Following is the recent history since January of this year (reverse chronological) -

    1. Clean scan. No more CEL.
    2. ECU diagnosis + Replace High Pressure Fuel Pump (shop)
    3. P2293
    4. New spark Plugs NGK from Audi (DIY)
    5. P2177, P0177
    6. Techron High Mileage Fuel System Cleaner (DIY)
    7. P0420, P0420pd, P2293pd
    8. P2293, P2293pd, P053Fpd
    9. P2293, P2293pd, P2177pd, P053Fpd
    10. Gas mileage with full tank of gas increased suddenly from around 375 to 480
    11. Replaced MAF Sensor with OEM Hitachi (DIY)
    12. P2177
    13. P2177, P2177pd, P0177 pd
    14. P2177, P2177pd
    15. Replaced O2 sensors front and rear OEM Bosch (DIY)
    16. P2177, P0177, P053F, P2177 pd, P0177 pd
    17. Replaced High Pressure Fuel Sensor OEM (shop)
    18. P053F, pd, P2293pd
    19. Replaced PCV (shop)
    20. P2177, P053Fpd, P2177pd

You didn't mention which engine. If it's the 2.0T it seems that oil consumption is the main killer, which you're already starting to see. I'd suggest changing the oil more frequently in the hope that it won't get worse.

Use VCDS to measure timing chain stretch; if you wait until you hear something it'll likely be when the valves bonk the pistons.
