Was replacing spark plugs and coils today and came across a very destroyed thing attached to a vacuum line. Picture below but not my car. It has a t25/30 screw that attaches for the coil harnesses. Circled in red. Doesn't seem to cause any big problems just wanting to figure out what it is to fix it. It is a vent line that allows the intake manifold flapper plate solenoid to operate. It has a filter in the opening that tends to disintegrate.

Appreciate it. Found the part because of this description. Thank you much!
