EV6/EV14 Harness for Bosch 550cc injectors now available for order

Fits ALL Audi A4 B5 & B6 1.8T models. Sedan, Avant and Cabrio
2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005
Two of the common problems on classic 2002-2005 Audi A4 1.8T cars is the Ignition/Coil Pack harness and the fuel injection harness. Over time, the wire insulation on the connectors will deteriorate and expose the wires causing engine misfires. While there are several options for replacing the ignition/coil pack harness, this is currently the only available option for replacing the damaged fuel injection harness. Replacement harness is made from larger 18 gauge AWG High Temp wire. Harness also replaces Camshaft Position Sensor connector as well.

Kit includes following:

I'm super Happy with the one AvantNoir built for me, and the instructions were simple/straightforward to follow. This Solved my misfires, simplified my setup and cleaned up my engine bay quite a bit. Extra bonus was that he installed rubber boots that fit over the EV14/USCAR locking connectors so that it looks oem when installed. I've never used a Deutsch connector before last week, and i have to say these are soo much simpler than some alternatives out there. No fiddling with little rubber grommets/seals, and simple to take apart later if needed. Photos of the installed harness can be found on my IG account here: CLICKY

I had misfires on Cylinders 1 & 2, as well as an Ignition Circuit open fault ( P0301,P0302, P1358 ) that were pretty persistent. I had already replaced 3 of my coil pack connectors, and 3 of my fuel injector connectors over the past 4 years, so my wiring harnesses were pretty brittle/unsightly already. On top of that i'm running 550cc injectors which need a different connector and i didn't like how much the adaptors pushed my wiring harness up toward the hood and caused clearance issues for the cylinder 1 injector harness. I contemplated just depinning the harness and swapping injector connectors, but my harness already looked like crap so i figured better to replace the whole thing in one shot.

Replacing the Coil pack harness helped eliminated the Ignition Circuit Open fault code, but it wasn't until i replaced the injector harness a week later that i was able to eliminate the Misfires on 1 & 2.

The Only suggestion I have for anyone else is make damn sure you have a quality set of wire strippers and the correct crimper on hand. AvantNoir was kind enough to include links in his instructions to affordable/correct tools on amazon if you or your friends didn't already have your own. These wires are small, and stripping them with cheap pair of wire strippers will not work well in your favor.

I recently purchased one of these harnesses to repair an A4 for a family member. I was very impressed with the quality and service. The instructions provided were simple and straight forward. I appreciated the fact that a few extra pins were included, as I messed up a couple of them getting my technique down.

It turns out that the root issue was a bad injector, but while troubleshooting, the harness crumbled, so a replacement was needed. I would (and probably will for my A4) purchase again. Thank you for offering these and keeping our cars on the road.

I purchased one of these for my A4 with the ev14 injectors along with the crimpers he recommends. As people have already stated good instructions, communication, and dependable timeframes.
Took me roughly 1 1/2 hours taking my time and all's well now that you rid my car of that crispy critter! I'm amazed my car could still run once I got a good look at it.....
