C7.5 lowered 15mm on VCDS rubbing issues

So I am down 15mm from the dealer but there is a single screw in the inner front fender that I am rubbing on anyone found a way to remove the screw without sacrificing the fender/fender liner integrity ? Or do I just raise her up a few mm till I dont rub again ?

Most everyone pushing the edge takes that little plastic clip off, doesn't impact any functionality.
