B8 wheels fit on B9 Q5 to find tire vibration?

I have been struggling to figure out a wheel vibration. Ever since I put new Michelins on the Q5 its vibrating on the freeway. It happened immediately after. Two re-balances and a roadforce balance still there and the tire shop says they are fine. I am certain I just have defective tire. It only does it at 75+ mph so I wonder if they just cant pick it up on the machines because they don't spin that fast?

I dont have another full size wheel...I was wondering would an 18" wheel from a B8 fit on the Q5 temporarily so I could just throw it on, get the car up to 75mph and see if it disappears, thus confirming which bad wheel its coming from? Is the bolt pattern the same? Would a 10% circumference difference be fine for a short drive?

    Any other thoughts?

    All Q5 wheels are 5x112 pattern 66.5 bore R14 lug seat, both B8 and B9. The offsets are the same also for B8 and B9 Q5: et39 for x8.0", and et33 (B8) / et34 (B9) for x8.5".

To the car wheels. While 5x112 and 66.5 also, the car wheels are R13 lug seat. So use the appropriate lug bolts for the wheel part bin. All the bolts are M14x1.5, but there's three basic bolts, R13 1-piece, R13 2-piece, R14 2-piece. This is all the same for B8/B9/C7/C8/D4/D5/E2 ("E2" being type 4M Q7/Q8).
