2017 Audi s3 10 beep warning sound upon start up, any ideas?

car is IE stage 2, has no error lights or error messages, but does this 10 beep noise everytime I start the car, old owner said they dont recall it happening and confirmed there is no aftermarket alarm or remote start on the car. its not the typical audi warning chime so Im kind of stumped... car runs perfectly zero warning lights, engine oil correct level, coolant level correct, no leaks, im stumped please help :)

Well that makes me feel a little better, my luck it’s probably soldered into some circuit board hidden up behind the dashboard cluster

    Well...its a sealed unit...

The battery is sealed inside it...

The whole unit has to be changed.
