I've had my 2023 RS5 for about a month now and have had a funny wind type noise coming from what sounds like under the hood, more to the drivers side.
It comes on at 50kph and gets progressively louder. At 120kph its very noticeable.
volume is dependent on speed only.
Present while accelerating and coasting.
Does not change with high or low RPM
Braking and turning do not effect the sound.
The only thing I've done to the car is change to winter tires and added a 10mm spacer to adjust the wheels back to stock position. Is this normal?
EDIT: turns out it was the wheel bearings which were damaged due to transport. Both front wheel bearings were replaced under warranty and sound went away.
