Please help, 2.0t, bucking on slow acceleration EPC light P0341

Hello Audi family, my 2011 A5 2.0t 140k miles has been bucking and jerking on slow acceleration accompanied by a flashing EPC light, recently my oil level sensor started malfunctioning but I ignored it since I have a dipstick installed, Here are the codes I pulled initially:

P0341: camshaft pos sensor circ/range performance (passive)
P0016: crankshaft position-camshaft position correlation bank 1 sensor A (passive)
P0506: idle control system rpm lower than expected

Misfire on all cylinders accompanied by (random multiple misfire detected) all pasive faults.

When I check ODIS it says the faults are sporadic

After clearing codes and driving, it got better but then after a few minutes of driving went back to hesitating, and when I pulled codes I only had the P0341 fault and once again passive, any idea what this could be, I’d like to start small before having to open up this engine, I can do simple DIY like changing belts, plugs, 02 sensors, etc but Im a bit hesitant to mess with anything timing related so Im hoping its electrical.

When looking at the faults in odis test plan they show as

    G40 camshaft sensor electrical
    &
    Hall sensor/RPM sensor wrong allocation

Any help or advise is much appreciated.

The car drives great other than low speed misfires and it only really misfires after its warm, I had overfilled the oil on accident and drove it on the highway when I quickly realized it was overfilled and drained it at home, it also stalled one day but started right back up

The P0016 code is the one that sticks out...check your tensioner...yikes.

Okay I will look into doing that job, I did however pull the timing cover and noticed that my adjuster magnet was pretty sticky, I had to use a flathead to release it, also the little check valve ball on the Cambridge was stuck as well, any chance this has anything to do with my issue? Btw I cleared the codes when it first happened and drove home and the only code that came back was the P0341

Also I checked the live data and my camshaft adjustment adaptation is -2.46 so chain is not stretched which is good
