Hey all. The oil seals on my factory IHI turbo are leaking. I have a CTS K04-X that needs a rebuild, and the kit to do it.

I'm wondering if I can rebuild the K04-X and install it w/o a tune and have it work like a stock turbo, or will it throw codes/cause problems?
