20 S3, and I just started driving my car this past weekend. It's been sitting in the garage for winter. ~ 14k miles
I've driven to work past 3 days and noticed the oil temp struggle to reach operating Temps, normal drive, and morning traffic. Approximately 45 min one way to my office.
Oil cooled down quickly when stopped if the auto stop engaged.
Driving home, in dynamic/sport, it fully warmed up, probably 25 min, still in traffic, so no aggressive driving.
Today I monitor coolant Temps. It seems to be warming up ok, I'd estimate 15 min it hit full operating Temps. I'd guess it was high 30's this morning in Chicago. I was in sport mode for reference.
My first thought was thermostat/water pump. No leaks, the system is full. It appears to be warming up ok, but maybe I'm wrong?
Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions to check? My local dealer is weeks out before they can inspect for issues.
I'll add pics. P3 gauge for temp also see temp dead center, it did the same Monday morning, oil Temps 100 - 140 f max. Perhaps a faulty sensor, but it eventually sees 200 - 2xx f

Appreciate your time and help!20230308_071411.jpg20230308_071214.jpg
