swapping 1.8T into a B6 Avant

i have a 2005 b6 a4 with the 1.8T Manual Transmission. I'm looking to swap that into my B6 Avant body Wich currently has the 3.0 v6. think ill have any trouble swapping to the 1.8T? Will [I] need to swap just the motor or will i have to swap the the suspensions as well. both vehicles are Quattro.

Any help/ info will be much appreciated.

Just the engine. The 3.0 has a better drivetrain. Is the 3.0 a manual? You'll want to use that trans instead of the 1.8T.
