Exclamation JB4 in RS5 -- check engine light + codes

    Hi all,

I have a 2018 RS5 that I recently had a JB4 unit installed in. I have it set to MAP2, and the car is GREAT. WAY more responsive, way faster, and exhaust is noticeably louder. Really feels like the way the car should have came out the box.

Recently, I had a check engine light appear. I got the codes --

    P85E3
    P82D5

I tried turning off the car and back on, setting back to MAP0, on and off, still has the light and same codes. Also I tried updating the firmware on the JB4 unit using the bluetooth app - nothing. Wondering what I can/should do. I'm not very "car-savvy" - I actually had a guy install the JB4 itself so it's possible he messed something up during installation but I sort of doubt it. Anyone have any advice? Car is out of warranty FYI

    Best, M

Those dont come up as OBD codes. Can you double check them or post a screenshot?

Do you have any recommendation for what to do based on these codes? The code meanings themselves from the website you posted didn't seem super urgent but i'm just not knowledgeable enough to know. Thanks so much!

P82D5 is Evap Pressure sensor 2 Short to plus
other one i think is exhaust related
i doubt either one is due to JB4

Update, spoke to george from burgertuning over email. He was super helpful so far - he informed me of this : "No, they wont cause any issues besides the engine light coming on. They are emissions related faults."

For anyone curious :) thanks for the responses guys
