No Crank no start , b6 s4

I have a no crank no start, b6 s4 auto ,
I replaced ignition and cluster , car is now in safe mode
Do I have to program it? I have vcds

I think the ignition was not the culprit, going to look at starter and fuses/relays again / possibly ecu
I heard about the starter issues , I want to run my original cluster but mother Infiniti on is blown out . Idk what to do
Any help appreciated
