I have a set of BCs I’ll be pulling off my car in next few weeks. Won’t come with rear strut mounts tho.

Springs have some rust and could probably use replacing, and they have been on car for years but still do the job and I would sell for 200+ actual shipping cost which I’d assume would be a lot. Lol.

Replacing for a spring/strut combo since the BCs are alil too low for me. At highest setting they are around 24.5-25” FTG

For me yes highest I can get them is right around 25” FTG and I’d like to be alil higher since it’s my DD

They were on the car when I bought it but pretty sure it’s their regular and not the “low” ones either.

    Do you have any pictures?

I’m planning to mount c5 rs6 wheels on my b5. I do NOT want to have to roll/ alter the front fenders.

So I need to leave a little gap in the front

Oh, wow, I had no idea they topped-out so low! I was actually planning on buying a set of BC's later this year since FCP sells (and therefore warranties) them; but I personally feel anything lower than what I like to call "Porsche GT3 ride height" looks like absolute garbage, and if memory serves correctly that's about 25.5"-26" ftg on these cars. So apparently I need to go with a different brand.

Also, any idea what springs you'll be going with? I always figured I would have to go with coilovers to obtain that "OEM+" look I am going for. My black S4 had H&R Sports on it when I bought it, and it made it look like the car was carrying a 12,000 lb payload, with the top of the tires starting to poke up into the wheel well.

Looks like I’ll be starting with some raceland classic coil overs. It’s only a minimum of 1” drop. The bC’s are probably closer to 2” minimum ?

Set them as close as I could, lower car, move a couple feet for everything to settle, measure, then adjust as needed. Probably did that about 4x to get everything with a 1/16”. Kinda annoying cause adjusting one corner can/does affect the opposite corner so have to keep that in mind.

Depending on your timetable, I'll have the Eibach coilovers currently on my car (I purchased them new), with the front and rear mounts, for sale, and they will be inexpensive. Fronts definitely need some freshening (I've put 45k miles on them). Includes the wrenches, collars all spin fine as they should. I'm getting something new.
