I seem to recall the copper flakes become problematic. I dunno. Where’s the leak? Or is it currently a mystery?
I'm still listening for that rattle!
If it rattles, it's because I baby it.

Personally, I’d just keep topping it off until it becomes more evident

Still have one too, its drippin at the bumper, motor guard is bone dry.

Radiator end caps? They are at passenger side? Bottom radiator tower is wet.

I would not use stop leak. It can mess up a lot of stuff. I've worked on quiet a few cars after stop leak was used, and the junk in the inside of the cooling system was nasty.

Seems like it only leaks when the system is under pressure...

You can get a coolant system pressure tester (radiator pressure tester) and pressurize the system when the car is off to help you find the leak. They're about $50-$100 on amazon or at harbor freight.

Rent it from an auto parts store.

Pull out headlights and check corners of aux rads for leaks. Also much more visibility for coolant hoses behind headlights. Coolant bottle/ expansion tank is more than likely the culprit. Unscrew it with the hose attached and take a look at the bottom/rear portion, they usually have stress cracks that weep under pressure. Stop leak is a band-aid. Keep the search going and if all else fails get a pressure tester like the others said.

I can tell you its hard too find, even with a pressure tester (i have one), its leaking at the bumper but can't tell where its coming from. Sometimes you need too pull a lot of parts off.
Expansion tank is alway's a neat idea, a new one is not to expensive and look great at the motor compartment.

If you have red/pink or the purple coolant g12 or g13 it should have uv dye in it. You can shine a uv flashlight around the engine bay and find the leak.
