Sunroof not working, one of my vent open/closing rollers fell in, and my massage seat

So I’m assuming that my sunroof needs a new motor or something. I can hear the clicking when I press the button but it doesn’t open. I bought the car out of state so I didn’t get to check this unfortunately. Guess that’s on me I’ll own it. I looked online and the OEM part is $600+ but then on eBay I saw a part for $70 huge difference lol anybody else need this part/have experience in this? Also should I take it to Audi or just get a body shop to fix it? As for the vent open/closer I would like to fix it but it’s not the end of the world. And the massage button isn’t the end of the world either because I can still massage with the lever in front of it. See pics. And before you ask no I can’t even grab the vent closer or massage seat button.

The vent wheel. If you have any trim tools you should be able to remove the vent to get access to the wheel. Might get lucky and just have to pop it back in place. Worst case is you replace the vent assembly. Check Wolf Auto Parts for a used assembly. Should be less than $60.

The seat. Probably going to have to disassemble the seat to get access to the switch. Hopefully you can pop it back in place and be done with it. If this is not something you want to try then check with an indie shop. Dealer might try to sell you an entire seat.
