A6 C6 3.0 TFSI PCV Job Other Parts to replace?

2010 A6 has 165k Miles on it. I bought a $300 kit from FCP Euro to do the PCV valve job since I cracked the breather hose doing the Valve Cover gasket job. I watched their video on YouTube and think I should also buy the SC bleeder screws?

While I am already pulling out the PCV valve, are there any other Parts I should replace? Maintenace records show Thermostat was replaced at 135k miles. Should I replace it again? I am hoping to get 200k miles without pulling the SC off again.

Depending on how the valves look you can do a carbon cleaning... and injector seals since some will probably come out from experience
As for the supercharger bleeding screws you have a few options; O34 has ones that run you about $50 but you can buy a bolt from a hardware store M8x1
The original plastic screws suck and mine stripped very easily, I also went the cheap route for bolts

Good tip on the hardware store screws. Did you find an O-Ring to help seal or does it not need one?

I personally just have an o-ring kit that I used and it does not leak

I’d for sure do a carbon clean if you can while you are there. At that mileage unless you have proof it’s been done, it will most certainly red it. There are cheaper options for the SC bleeder screws. I think there is a thread from the B8 S4 section. Someone found motorcycle bleeder screws or something. I’ll see if I can come up with the info.

Honestly it’s a can of worms the “while I’m in there”.

I found these metric SS 316 bolts on McMaster that I think may work. Just need an O-ring for it. Any idea on length (10mm, 12mm, etc) needed?

I want to say they were 8mm or 10mm, your best bet is to take one of the bleeder screws to HomeDepot so you can compare and such

If you want to 100% guarantee that the blower won't be off again until 200k - coolant crossover pipe, oil filter housing gasket...and the elephant in the room is upper timing covers + tensioners. Maybe intercooler bricks. Definitely blower oil. Maybe water pump, if that wasn't done at 135k with the thermostat. Carbon cleaning as others have mentioned. 'While I'm in there' can get real expensive real fast, and pulling the blower isn't that hard. Take that as you will.
