I have a 2018 SQ5, and since the warranty is over, I decided to tune it. After several errors stating power-link could not connect with ecu called tech support to troubleshoot.

Great service at IE and extremely helpful! We pinpointed my OBDII port is not getting power. I know for a fact it's not getting power because the scanner and tune dongle both power up in my other Audi and VW.

I've spent last few hours looking in the owner's manual and online for a fuse for the OBDII port but can't find anything.

Has anyone been through this before? Car drives with no issues, no warning lights, no check engine light...etc. I had not had this issue or another before ever.
