Who makes the best dynamic indicators

Pretty much what the Title says. Bought some and the drivers side doesn’t light all the way out which makes the inner side mirror indicator hardly light at all. Other issue is the light glows around the back of the mirror glass.

Didn't think Audi made a dynamic mirror indicator - thought it was Osram and then a bunch of China origin variants...

I recall this was discussed recently and the best deal is the ali express stuff which seems to be exactly the same as the other units everyone else is selling.

Yes, as oesman said AliExpress. Audi do not make them.

I paid about $30 for mine and they are bang-on perfect.

Undoubtedly I have the same ones from Aliexpress and didn’t even notice the “problem” of the light not going to the tip. I mean, I get it, everyone has a different level of OCD. But, I guess I don’t understand. (I don’t have any level of glowing from behind the mirror though). Then the guy who sells the $250 version chimes in and has a chance to differentiate his product from the Chinese ….but makes no such claims. Mine stop short of lighting all the way to the edge on the drivers side. That’s why I’m complaining. The passenger side is fine except the glowing behind the mirror. So they don’t match either fron the front because one stops shorter than the other.

Strange. Is the discrepancy obvious when the indicators are NOT lit? I assume you got them from AliExpress? I'd either initiate a return or just dispute the charge, and buy another set.

I got them from wish. When not lit you can’t tell. You can see in the picture I posted where it stops. The other side goes all the way to the edge. The are refunding them and I ordered a new set on Amazon. If these don’t work I’m buying the Osram.
